Saw this at my Harris Teeter so decided to pick it up after hearing some pretty amazing facts from Liza today. I always knew it was healthy, but never knew how healthy it was. I've only tried this once at Robek's and it was freakin $5 for a 2oz shot! It tasted like straight up John Deere, Kentucky Bluegrass, backyard lawn! Supposedly a 1oz shot of Wheatgrass is equivalent to 2.5 POUNDS of other green veggies! Tastes like ass, but if it's good for me, I'll give it a shot!
